Claire is a third generation attorney at the firm, following in the footsteps of both her grandfather, Byron Emswiller, and her father, Kent Emswiller. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and divorce/child custody. She was awarded Law Student of the Year by the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2007 for her service as Chairman of the Law Student Division and now continues to serve on the Division's Executive Board as an attorney-advisor member.
