Kent concentrates his practice in estate planning, administration and litigation and pre-marital agreements. He is a frequent speaker at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum and other educational seminars concerning estate, probate and guardianship law and is a past lecturer at Butler University School of Business. Mr. Emswiller has been selected by his peers as a "Super Lawyer" for Indianapolis Monthly magazine and as a member of Best Lawyers in America®.
