Robert was admitted to the Bar in Indiana in 1995. Mr. Shive is experienced in a variety of law areas, providing him with a strong basis for advising clients on multiple issues. He served as a public defender in the Noblesville City Court, Hamilton County, Indiana. He represents clients at the state and federal court levels, concentrating in the areas of family law, criminal law, personal injury, business law, civil rights and employment law. He is also a Certified Family Law Mediator and has served as Guardian Ad Litem in Marion County since 2004.
